Since they changed it so that DM's can only come from people you follow, if you are getting DM spam auto-messages it sounds like you are following the wrong people.

I'd be careful there. Lying to police or government agents is a crime. Lying to federal agents was the crime Martha Stewart went to jail for. She was not convicted for criminal actions regarding stock trades but for lying during an investigation. In other words had she said nothing she would not have gone to jail.I'm not saying you cant stretch the truth. But your safer option, legally, is just to say nothing to police rather than lie..

I feel your pain dude, mine was from age 4 till about 8 by a very close relative.... I was able to bury the ***** for a long time but slowly I can see something surfacing and I have turned to self medication and whatever else blocks the thoughts but its not working anymore..... what the ***** to do now? Hope your struggle with this ends well and you find your peace.@wynja yes remembering traumatic things from childhood is common, I have memories in very vivid details.... I wish they were just planted memories, that would make ***** a lot easier.
