Your analogy fails miserably. When you go to work there is a contract between you and your employer that you will work and they will pay you. If you work for 2 weeks and then your boss refuses to pay you, he has violated that contract.When someone makes a piece of art there is no contract, implied or otherwise, that stipulates if you even look at it you must pay the creator. As much as the powers that be in the music and movie industries would like to pretend, an electronic copy of something does not cost them anything until you sell it to someone who was willing to pay for it, then it's piracy.And trailers are so far from "a free trail" that I don't know where to begin. If you can't comprehend the difference between an advertisement designed specifically to entice you to view a film and a free showing, I don't think we can come to common understanding.

I don't trust ANY reviewer on any website.Destructiod themselves have rated certain games as absolute *****, but I have really liked them (Especially Call of Juarez 2). It's for this reason, I only use reviews as a guide. Most reviewers are full of ***** anyway.Giantbomb.com has these quick look vids. I find they help a ton when trying to see if it's a game I might like..

On first viewing I struggled to watch this video. I'm a real dog lover and to see this dog being treated like that repulsed me.After reading all of the above comments though, I changed my mind. Then I watched the video again and understood what was happening.As normal dog owners we don't need to train our dogs in such a way, but as this is a police dog I now understand that this kind of training is necessary. It looks harsh, true, but can you imagine how our house dogs would react in a situation like this:http://tkcollier.files.wordpress.com/2009/04/cat_p ...It would be total carnage. But, due to the fact these dogs have been trained so well, they stay calm and under control of their handlers.I wouldn't be able to do that to a dog personally, but then again I'd never be a police officer.?

I have an EdgeDS card... It`s amazing, bought one for my friend and she loves it...The biggest advantage is that I can have a bunch of games with me without having to carry around a bunch of carts... That was technically the promise of the DSi in the first place, unfortunately Nintendo didn`t really step up to the plate... Oh well, what can you do (except look for a 3rd party solution that lets you use the hardware you PAID FOR AND OWN THE WAY YOU WANT TO)...
